Job description

Accounting & Finance Support / Bookkeeper / Remote

Location: Anywhere in U.S.

Job Description:

1. Record daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, and payments.
2. Assist in posting journal entries with guidance.
3. Support accounts payable (AP) processes, including entering data, issuing invoices, and processing payments.
4. Help reconcile bank accounts and financial statements, identifying and reporting minor discrepancies.
5. Maintain organized financial records and ensure documentation compliance.
