Job Description

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars for pick-up. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Demonstrate respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

• Select and gather products for online orders, focusing on efficiency and quality.
• Initiate and complete order selection process.
• Assemble orders, process transactions, and load orders into customers' cars.
• Scan and bag items following standards.
• Communicate substitutions or issues to customers during pick-up.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas.
• Follow safety and legal guidelines.
• Ensure order accuracy and quality.
• Respond professionally to customer calls.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Support training of new team members.
• Meet productivity standards.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Minimum:
