Job Description:

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, focusing on freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars for pickup. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Demonstrate core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for selecting and gathering products for online orders with attention to quality.
• Initiate and complete the selection process for customer orders.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and load orders into customers' cars.
• Scan and bag orders following standards.
• Communicate substitutions or issues to customers at pickup.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas.
• Follow safety and legal guidelines.
• Ensure order accuracy and quality.
• Provide positive customer interactions.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Meet productivity standards and work effectively in a high-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to read shelf tags and perform basic math.
• Excellent communication skills.

Desired Experience:

• Experience as a personal shopper, warehouse worker, or cashier.
