Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, with attention to freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival for pick-up. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

1. Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.
2. Assemble orders, process payments, and communicate substitutions or issues to customers.
3. Ensure order accuracy, quality, and freshness.
4. Follow all safety, food handling, and legal guidelines.
5. Load orders into customers' cars, ensuring a positive experience.
6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas.
7. Report discrepancies and equipment issues.
8. Assist in training new team members.
9. Perform opening and closing procedures.
10. Meet productivity standards and work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
11. Manage conflicts professionally and act with integrity.
12. Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
13. Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
