Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)
Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping. In-Store Grocery Shoppers initiate and complete the selection process for online orders. The team assembles orders, processes payments and coupons, and delivers and loads orders into customers' cars. They scan and bag items following standards, communicate substitutions or issues, and ensure order accuracy and quality. They maintain cleanliness and organization in staging areas, report discrepancies, and assist in training new team members.
Key responsibilities include meeting productivity standards, working cooperatively in a high-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally, acting with honesty and integrity, following directions, and supporting customers with special needs. The role requires performing essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
