Job description

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, focusing on freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver or load orders into customers' cars for pickup. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. 2. Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.
3. Assemble orders, process payments, and load orders into customers' cars.
4. Scan and bag items following standards.
5. Communicate substitutions or issues to customers at pickup.
6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas.
7. Follow safety, food safety, and legal guidelines.
8. Ensure order accuracy and proper storage.
9. Respond to customer calls professionally.
10. Report discrepancies and equipment issues.
11. Assist in training new team members.
12. Meet productivity standards.
13. Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
