Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars for pickup. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. • Select and gather products for online orders efficiently, maintaining quality and freshness.
• Initiate and complete the order selection process.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and load orders into customers' cars.
• Scan and bag items following standards.
• Communicate substitutions or issues to customers during pickup.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with shopping experience, cleanliness, and product variety.
• Follow all safety, legal, and company guidelines.
• Store products in appropriate temperature zones, ensuring quality.
• Follow directions carefully, including notes on orders.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Meet productivity standards and work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage conflicts professionally and act with honesty and integrity.
