Job summary

HamptonU Global seeks a Financial Aid Specialist to support online students across certificate, undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral programs. Responsibilities

Provide individualized financial aid counseling to online students.
Explain cost of attendance and funding options.
Assist with required financial aid forms and loan requirements.
Monitor and resolve incomplete files and eligibility issues.
Process federal, state, institutional aid according to regulations.
