Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience designing online and hybrid courses.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Matters and OSCQR standards.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, mentoring, and professional development for online faculty.
• Design workshops and resources addressing faculty needs.
• Provide coaching to strengthen pedagogy and student engagement.
• Perform instructional quality reviews and analyze data to drive improvements.
