Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or related field.
• At least two years teaching experience, preferably in Elementary subjects.
• Strong technical proficiency with digital tools and platforms.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy (45+ WPM).
• Proven ability to build rapport with students and parents.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong work ethic in a fast-paced, online environment.
• Passion for student success and spiritual growth.
