Responsibilities

  • Educational Operations: Set up and maintain courses on Moodle and Engage Spaces; ensure weekly content aligns with curriculum; diagnose Moodle issues; maintain course materials.
  • Student and Instructor Experience: Enroll students, assist via phone/email, gather feedback, hire and orient online instructors, manage partnerships and invoices.
  • Educational Product Development: Coordinate content evaluations, update Moodle tools, collaborate on new educational content with leadership.
  • Programs Operation and Growth: Generate program reports, manage budgets, participate in department meetings, refine SOPs.
