Qualifications

Earned doctorate in Higher Education or related discipline from an accredited U.S. institution.
Demonstrated scholarly research productivity or potential.
Teaching ability and experience at graduate level.
Potential to direct doctoral dissertations.
Commitment to excellence in teaching, service, and research.
Proficiency in English, written and spoken.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Teach online.
Pursue ongoing scholarly research and publish work, including collaborations with faculty.
Provide service and leadership to national and regional professional organizations and the university.
Chair and serve on master’s and doctoral student committees.
Advise master’s and doctoral students.
Demonstrate excellence in teaching, scholarship, and service.
Foster a professional environment with respect, collaboration, and effective engagement with students and staff.
Perform other duties as required.
