Responsibilities

• Prepares academic Education Plans for online undergraduate and graduate students with term-by-term schedules.
• Oversees transfer credit evaluation and maintains degree progress Ed Plans across semesters.
• Provides guidance to Admissions Representatives and Success Coaches on Ed Plans and transfer credit options.
• Coordinates with the Registrar's office to ensure consistent procedures between Online & Lifelong Learning and Registrar’s Office.
• Performs additional tasks as assigned.
