Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, data analytics, statistics, educational leadership, or related field (required).
• Master’s degree in related field (preferred).
• Experience coaching/training adults (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets, dashboards, BI tools).
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for educators.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing coaching and support to teachers, administrators, and staff on data analysis and interpretation.
• Facilitate use of student performance data to inform instructional strategies and interventions.
• Develop and deliver professional development on data literacy, assessment analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with school leadership to establish data protocols and cycles of inquiry.
• Assist in collection, organization, and analysis of academic and operational data.
• Support development and monitoring of school improvement plans using data metrics.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate data insights.
• Model best practices in data use during team meetings and planning sessions.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and privacy compliance.
