Job summary

ACCEL Schools LLC is seeking a Data Analysis Coach for our online program in Ohio. The role focuses on coaching staff in data literacy, analysis, and data-informed decision making, plus developing dashboards and reports to improve student outcomes.

The position requires a Bachelor’s in education or related field, with 1–3 years in education or data analysis. Master’s degree preferred. Remote work with periodic in-person events is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, Data Analytics, Statistics, Educational Leadership, or a related field is required.
• Master’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in education, data analysis, or a related field.
• Experience coaching, training, or developing adults is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, dashboards, BI tools).
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for educators.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing coaching and support to teachers, administrators, and staff on data analysis and interpretation.
• Facilitate use of student performance data to inform instructional strategies and interventions.
• Develop and deliver professional development on data literacy, assessment analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with school leadership to establish data protocols and cycles of inquiry.
• Assist in collection, organization, and analysis of academic and operational data.
• Support development and monitoring of school improvement plans using data metrics.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate data insights.
