Job summary

ECPI University is seeking adjunct instructors to teach Communications courses on our Online campus. You will deliver practical, hands-on instruction through the Canvas LMS in an engaging learning environment, using innovative teaching methods to help students achieve learning outcomes.

No prior teaching experience is required; we provide training, mentoring, and ongoing faculty support. Candidates must be available evenings and weekends to support our busy adult learners.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Communications or Master’s with 18 graduate hours in the discipline from a regionally accredited educational institution.
• 3–5 years industry experience required; 5–7 years career industry experience preferred
• Industry experience must be within the last 5 years.
• Appropriate technical certification or licensure (if required)

Responsibilities

• Teach Communications courses online using Canvas LMS.
• Provide practical hands-on instruction in an engaging online environment.
• Availability for evenings and weekends to support students.
• Participate in training and mentoring activities for faculty.
• Apply innovative teaching methodologies to achieve learning outcomes.
