AutoNation is hiring an e-Commerce Sales Associate in Austin, TX. You will interact with hundreds of customers across online, phone and in-person channels, guiding them from inquiry to in-store visit in a no-haggle environment.

You’ll respond promptly, answer questions, and help customers find vehicles that meet their needs and budgets. The role emphasizes exceptional customer experience, post-purchase follow-up, and transitioning customers to Service for ongoing ownership support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Prior sales or retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to online, phone and in-person leads in a timely manner.
• Help guide customers from initial contact to in-store experience.
• Assist customers in selecting vehicles and negotiating terms to fit budgets.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and drive loyalty, transitioning to Service as needed.
