Online Business Manager Project Coordinator hourly

Are you a strategic, tech-savvy professional with a passion for seamless operations and digital platform management who thrives on jumping in and getting things done?

We're seeking a dynamic Online Business Manager who thrives on:

• Mastering platforms like Mighty Networks, WordPress, and Active Campaign
• Transforming complex projects into smooth, efficient workflows
• Not only managing the work but doing the work, getting to see the vision come to life

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Experienced in online business management and project coordination but isn’t just a “manager” but is an implementor
• Proficient in Mighty Networks, WordPress, and Active Campaign
• Strong strategic thinking and proactive problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with rapid-paced, innovative business environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize digital platforms (Mighty Networks, Active Campaign)
• Coordinate complex project launches and marketing campaigns
• Create and manage content workflows
• Develop strategic systems and procedures to enhance team productivity
• Manage client communication and experience touchpoints

Work Parameters:

• Remote position
• Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm PST (this is a part time role)
• Flexibility for launch periods (evening/weekend work)
