Job summary

LINC Education in the United States seeks an experienced online educator (LINC Fellow) to guide Masters-level students across international partner universities. The role is as an independent contractor, focusing on BPM, process modelling and IT-enabled process improvement.

You will support students in process mapping, BPMN, and qualitative/quantitative analysis, deliver structured sessions on schedule, and provide timely feedback and forum support.

Qualifications

• Masters or Doctoral Qualifications in ICT-related field.
• At least 2+ years corporate experience and 3+ years teaching in relevant fields.
• Proficient in English language with excellent oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Subject matter guidance to a group of 30-35 undergraduate online students.
• Support in learning skills like academic writing, research and time management.
• Guidance on relevant reference material.
• Conducting a 2-hour session on Monday/Tueseday.
• Assessment marking with long-form feedback.
• Management of discussion forums; and
• Proactive, prompt and personalised support to student queries and issues.
