Job summary

LINC Education seeks experienced online educators (LINC Fellows) to guide Masters-level programs offered by premier Australian and Asian universities. You will work as an independent contractor, delivering high-quality instruction to a diverse international student body.

Proficiency in corporate finance concepts, including investment evaluation, financing, risk management, and financial planning, is essential. Teaching experience and strong communication are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Must hold a PG/ Doctoral degree with distinction or first-class from a top university in India.
• Minimum 5 years of corporate experience and/or teaching experience at a leading university or college.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter guidance to online students (25–30 per group).
• Assist in academic writing, research and time management skills.
• Conduct 1:1 and small group tutoring sessions.
• Guide on reference materials and study resources.
• Mark assessments with long-form feedback.
