Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Arkansas is seeking an Entry Level Listing Clerk to research donations and create accurate online listings for auction platforms at our Little Rock facility. You will operate within our ACE culture, focusing on neatness, safety, and timely processing of items.

Responsibilities include sorting donations, posting inventory, and meeting daily quotas while collaborating with management to address quality issues and ensure exceptional service to donors and customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with on-the-job training or specialized schooling in a skill area.
• Ability to read and understand basic instructions, notes and memos.
• Willingness to meet daily listing quotas and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily duties are completed safely, with neatness and organization.
• Research items to be listed and use web tools to post on auction sites, meeting quotas.
• Perform initial sort and grading of donations and post to inventory system.
• Address quality issues in collaboration with management and maintain accuracy.
• Maintain positive interactions with coworkers, donors and customers as part of ACE culture.
