Qualifications

• A doctoral degree in Audiology (AuD) from an accredited institution.
• Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (CCC‑A).
• Previous online teaching experience in higher education is strongly preferred.
• Computer literate in software and internet-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality instruction, direction and support for online students in Introduction to Audiology and Hearing Rehabilitation.
• Provide rich and timely feedback on student work and manage classroom discussions.
• Facilitate class sizes of up to 30–45 students and place students in Canvas groups.
• Provide timely answers to student inquiries regarding course material or academics.
• Be available for virtual meetings and hold a minimum of two office hours per week.
• Facilitate and grade assignments within 24–72 hours and enter final grades after consult.
• Alert lead faculty or Program Director to any student issues or policy violations.
