Qualifications

• Doctor of Jurisprudence or related master’s degree with at least 9 graduate semester hours in Legal Environment of Business, Business Law, Contract Law, Employment Law, or Business Legal Ethics from an accredited institution.
• Minimum qualification ensures credentialing to satisfy accrediting bodies for the course.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Instructs online courses in theory and practical applications in line with academic standards.
• Prepares course syllabi using the provided template and utilizes current technology in the online classroom.
• Evaluates students’ progress and maintains required documentation and administrative reports.
• Meets with students, staff, and educators to discuss instructional programs and related issues.
