This role focuses on system administration, end‑user support, and continuous improvement of OneStream, with involvement in future planning, forecasting, and account reconciliation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in IS/Finance/Accounting or related field.
• 3+ years with OneStream or other EPM/CPM platforms.
• Hands-on experience with EPM report/template creation and metadata management.
• Strong data validation, issue resolution, and process improvement skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• OneStream certification or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end OneStream implementation with cross‑functional teams.
• Develop, test, and validate calculations, workflows, and reports.
• Maintain design documentation for system processes and configurations.
• Act as assistant OneStream administrator for monthly close cycles.
• Manage user access, security, and roles across teams.
• Enhance metadata, workflows, reports, and business rules.
• Provide end‑user support and training across the org.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve efficiency.
