Job summary

SystemsAccountants is seeking a OneStream Systems Analyst to support and optimize the OneStream platform, focusing on financial reporting, reporting solutions, and system improvements. You will partner with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, and IT to translate requirements into scalable OneStream solutions.

Ideal candidates have hands-on OneStream reporting experience, strong knowledge of consolidation and close processes, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with OneStream in a systems analyst, developer, administrator, consultant, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience developing and supporting OneStream reporting solutions.
• Strong experience with Cube Views and OneStream reporting functionality.
• Understanding of financial consolidation, close, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes.
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex reporting and data issues.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, and IT teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance OneStream financial reports and reporting solutions.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, and business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into effective OneStream solutions.
• Support the development and maintenance of OneStream Cube Views, dashboards, books, and other reporting components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve reporting, data, and system issues within OneStream.
• Support financial close, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes within the OneStream platform.
• Assist with the development and optimization of reporting packages and management reporting solutions.
• Work with OneStream administrators and developers to ensure reporting solutions align with the overall application architecture and data model.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial reporting.
