Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Sr. Financial Systems Engineer to support, optimize, and expand OneStream-based financial planning and forecasting solutions.

You will translate business needs into scalable OneStream models, business rules, and enhancements while partnering with Finance, Product, and Technology teams. Responsibilities include maintaining forecasting apps, supporting end users, and ensuring ALM and change-management adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• OneStream experience is preferred; strong VB.Net/C# skills are expected.
• Excellent communication across all levels of management and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between business units and IT to implement policies and procedures.
• Document processes and provide end-user training and support.
• Guide and supervise teammates to maximize productivity and development.
• Analyze systems and processes, manage cost/benefit analyses, and lead projects to on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Lead meetings, provide strategic technical direction, and generate status reports.
