Job summary

Quanta Services, Inc. in Houston seeks a seasoned Manager to join the OneStream Center of Excellence (CoE) Finance team.

The role blends financial close, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting with hands-on OneStream support in a large, decentralized organization. You'll lead cross-functional initiatives, partner with Corporate Accounting, FP&A, and Divisional Accounting, and help shape the CoE roadmap while mentoring analysts and ensuring SOX controls and data quality across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years in Finance, Accounting, FP&A, or financial systems in a large, decentralized org.
• Direct FP&A experience with budgeting and forecasting responsibilities.
• Experience with financial close, consolidation, and internal controls.
• Ability to translate FP&A needs into system requirements and practical solutions.
• Experience partnering with Finance leadership to implement improvements.
• Hands-on CPM/OneStream experience; knowledge of budgeting and reporting processes.
• Experience with process design, documentation, UAT, and implementation of changes.

Responsibilities

• Lead OneStream Finance close, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting tasks.
• Ensure SOX controls documentation, testing, and remediation within scope.
• Direct cross-functional system initiatives from requirements to deployment.
• Develop business cases and roadmaps for Finance transformation initiatives.
• Advise Finance on process improvements and future-state requirements.
• Automate and standardize financial processes to improve data quality and reporting.
• Gather requirements, drive UAT, and ensure stakeholder adoption of changes.
• Translate FP&A needs into functional requirements and test plans.
• Document governance for hierarchies, metadata, and reporting structures.
• Create user documentation and training materials; support adoption.
