Job summary

Quanta Services, Inc. seeks an experienced Manager for the OneStream Center of Excellence Finance team in Houston. The role blends FP&A with financial systems leadership to support consolidation, planning, reporting, and compliance.

The Manager collaborates with Corporate Accounting, FP&A, and Divisional Accounting, leading initiatives and contributing to the CoE roadmap. Initial in-office work with potential hybrid schedules applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in Finance, Accounting, FP&A, or financial systems.
• Direct FP&A experience including budgeting/forecasting.
• Knowledge of financial close, consolidation, and internal controls.
• Translate FP&A needs into system requirements and practical solutions.
• Partner with Finance leadership to drive improvements.
• Hands-on CPM/OneStream experience; ERP integration familiarity.
• Experience with process design, requirements docs, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance workflows in OneStream including close, budget, forecast and reporting.
• Support SOX controls, maintain process docs, and assist with audits.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and drive approved enhancements.
• Develop business cases and roadmaps for finance transformation.
• Advise leadership on OneStream capabilities and future needs.
• Automate and standardize financial processes to improve data quality.
