Serve as the lead architect for OneStream solutions across Planning, Consolidation, and Reporting modules for public sector and commercial clients.
Own the full lifecycle of solution design—from requirements gathering and architecture to build, testing, and go-live.
Design and implement custom business rules, data integrations, dashboards, transformation rules, and workflows within the OneStream platform.
Lead conversations with finance and IT stakeholders, particularly in regulated sectors, to align solutions with compliance, audit, and reporting requirements.
Drive best practices for metadata management, performance optimization, and governance.
Contribute to roadmap planning, testing strategies, and system documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Collaborate with internal delivery teams, client-side personnel, and external partners to ensure project success.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Strong delivery experience in either Planning, Consolidation, or ideally both areas within the OneStream platform.
3+ years of OneStream development/architecture experience, and 5+ years of experience in EPM or financial systems implementation.
Demonstrated ability to lead or guide OneStream solution design in complex environments, preferably with public sector or DoD clients.
Working knowledge of financial processes such as forecasting, budgeting, month-end close, and intercompany eliminations.
ETL/integration experience with enterprise applications and data warehouses.
Excellent communication skills; capable of engaging across all levels of stakeholders from technical teams to CFOs.
U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is required due to the nature of public sector work.
