Role: OneStream Architect – Planning or Consolidation Focus

Henderson Drake is working with a rapidly growing OneStream diamond partner known for delivering complex, enterprise-grade solutions across North America and Europe. My client is looking for an experienced OneStream Architect to help lead and shape the direction of key projects within their planning or consolidation practice.

About the Role

This is a high-impact position where you will design and build innovative OneStream solutions that enable finance transformation for leading global clients. You will also be joining a technically strong, forward-thinking team that values precision, partnership, and progress.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture – Translate client requirements into scalable OneStream planning or consolidation solutions.
• Application Development – Configure core platform components including metadata, data models, business rules, and custom dashboards.
• User Enablement – Train and support finance teams to ensure adoption and long-term success.
• Systems Integration – Oversee smooth integration of OneStream with ERP and source systems.
• Continuous Improvement – Bring fresh thinking to solution design and stay current with evolving platform features.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 3+ years of hands-on OneStream project experience
• Strong expertise in either planning or financial consolidation
• Proven background in client-facing roles with strong communication skills
• Confident in designing full-scale solutions from requirements to deployment
• Certified OneStream R1 Architect is a plus
