Job summary

Varsity Spirit is hiring for a part-time, on-site Awards Production team member in Trenton, NJ. The role involves assembling trophies and award products with precision, using hand and power tools, and ensuring quality standards are met.

You will package finished awards for pickup or shipment, keep a clean and safe workspace, and contribute ideas to improve efficiency during our peak season. Prior assembly/manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle lifting/repetitive tasks.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Varsity Brands/OneBeat Dance Brands is hiring a motivated, dependable team member to join our Awards Production Team! This is a part-time, hands-on, on-site position responsible for assembling award products with precision, ensuring quality standards are met, and supporting a smooth production process.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

• All other duties assigned by the Awards Production team
