Liberty School District is seeking a Paraeducator for the 2026-27 school year. The one-year, part-time position is 6.5 hours per day and includes medical, dental, and retirement benefits.

Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent, AA degree or two years of college (or paraeducator test), valid first aid, and clearance of a criminal background. Primary duties include providing supervision, assisting certificated staff, collaborating with colleagues, and maintaining confidentiality

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• AA degree or two years of college or state paraeducator test is required.
• Valid first aid card.
• Interest in and experience working with students.
• Criminal background clearance is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one or group supervision and assistance to students.
• Assist in activities directed by certificated personnel.
• Work cooperatively with other staff in a team setting.
• Establish and maintain positive rapport with the students served.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Lunchroom, recess, hallway and bus loading/unloading supervision as assigned.
