BluePearl invites you to join the EmERge Program, a one-year training path in emergency veterinary medicine designed to develop clinicians from day one with hands-on labs, lectures, and mentoring across ER and critical care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited veterinary school.
• Passed (or pending) NAVLE.
• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the state of interest.

Responsibilities

• Participate in 14 weeks of boot camp and initial training.
• Engage in 20 weeks of hands-on training guided by an experienced clinician mentor.
• Complete 18 weeks of experiential training with continued mentoring.
• Commit to a one-year work commitment after training.

Education
