Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a part-time Dentist (8 hours per week) for Missouri Eastern Correctional Center (MECC) in St. Louis, MO. The Dentist delivers comprehensive dental care, performs exams, and provides preventive and corrective services to incarcerated patients.

Requirements include a DDS or DMD, Missouri license, DEA registration eligibility, CPR/AED certification, and proficiency in exodontia techniques. Shift: day shift; no nights, holidays, or weekends.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited university.
• Active Missouri dental license.
• DEA registration (active or obtainable).
• CPR and AED certification.
• Proficiency in exodontia (tooth extraction) techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental treatment to incarcerated patients.
• Conduct examinations, preventives, and corrective services.
• Develop, review and evaluate dental treatment plans.
• Deliver care on a part-time, 8-hour weekly schedule at MECC.

Centurion Health is the proud provider of healthcare services to the Missouri Department of Corrections.We are currently seeking a part-time Dentist (8 hours per week) to join our team at Missouri Eastern Correctional Center (MECC) located in St. Louis, MO.The Dentist provides comprehensive dental treatment to address the oral health needs of incarcerated patients, including examinations, while providing preventative and corrective services.
