Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No experience required; one year in K-12 setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work with students with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional and behavioral support for an individual student.
• Assist in IEP implementation and materials preparation; provide input where appropriate.
• Administer medications per district policy and document appropriately.
• Perform lunch, recess, and bus duties and supervise the cafeteria and activities.
• Support health and personal needs, including diapering, feeding, and lifting students.
• Apply de-escalation strategies and manage classroom behavior.
• Attend trainings and perform other duties as assigned.
