Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have one of: Associate's Degree, 60 college credits, or proof of passing ETS Paraprofessional Exam.
• Preferred experience with RTI and small group work in schools.
• Understanding of students with disabilities and IEP basics is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate passion for working with students, especially in one-on-one and small group settings.
• Prioritize tasks as directed by teachers and school leaders.
• Ensure student safety on caseload and support engagement during lessons.
• Build relationships with students and parents to foster a welcoming learning environment.
• Assist with various duties to support district mission.
