Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or 60 college credits required.
• Proof of passing the ETS Paraprofessional Exam required.
• Experience supporting students with disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support students in one-on-one and small-group settings.
• Prioritize tasks as directed by teachers and school leaders.
• Ensure student safety on caseload and assist with interventions.
• Incorporate feedback from staff and professional development sessions.
• Build relationships with students and parents to foster a welcoming learning environment.
• Perform other duties to support Lansing School District mission.
