Job summary

Hireology is seeking Home Health Aides to provide one-on-one care for seniors in their homes in Massachusetts. The role includes personal care, mobility support, meal preparation, and companionship, with an emphasis on dignity and safety.

We offer part-time, full-time, and per diem positions with in-person work. English is required; caregiving experience is preferred. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are necessary to serve multiple clients.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistance.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with transportation to appointments and errands as needed.
• Monitor client safety and report any changes in condition.
• Support clients with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, and other age-related conditions while promoting dignity and independence.
