Job summary

Help at Home is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in Mississippi to provide one-on-one in-home care. You will follow an established care plan, support client comfort and independence, and work under clinical direction from an RN.

This role offers meaningful, client‑facing work with a dedicated care team. Ideal candidates hold a current Mississippi LPN license, have at least one year of nursing experience, and can commit to 40+ hours per week on a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Current Mississippi LPN license.
• At least one year of nursing experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one nursing care in accordance with the client's care plan.
• Follow clinical instructions and care protocols.
• Document care provided, observations, and client outcomes.
• Monitor client's condition and communicate observations to supervising RN.
• Follow quality, safety, and documentation standards.
• Work under clinical direction of a Registered Nurse.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
