Qualifikationen

• Active Mississippi or Compact State LPN license.
• 1+ year nursing experience preferred in personal care/home setting.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Aufgaben

• Adhere to the outlined care plan.
• Document tasks, observations and evaluate outcomes.
• Ensure quality care is delivered by following QA policies and procedures.
• Receieve clinical direction and oversight from the staff RN.
• Assist with other duties as needed.
