Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Kinston is seeking compassionate CNAs to provide one-on-one, non-medical home care in the Havelock, NC area. You’ll focus on individual clients, helping them stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home, with a supportive team behind you.

Qualifications

• CNA certification preferred.
• Compassionate attitude and genuine desire to help others.
• Dependability, punctuality, and commitment to providing consistent care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation to and from client assignments.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Experience assisting with activities of daily living preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and mobility.
• Provide companionship and meaningful social engagement.
• Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Follow individualized client care plans.
• Observe and communicate changes in a client’s condition to the team.
• Build positive relationships with clients, families, and the SYNERGY HomeCare team.
• Arrive on time and fulfill scheduled shifts.
