Job summary

Interim HealthCare is hiring Home Health CNAs to provide compassionate, one-on-one care in patients' homes across North Carolina. You will perform activities of daily living support, monitor health indicators, and work with a caring team to ensure each patient’s plan is followed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) and NC CNA certification.
• Reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Pass in office drug screening and background check.
• Compassionate nature and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Care for seniors and those in home settings, including illness, injury or chronic disease.
• Assist with daily activities: bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, nutrition intake.
• Support ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises.
• Check vitals, monitor intake/output, and document changes.
• Collaborate with home health nurses and aides to follow the patient care plan.
• Observe patient and alert supervisor if changes in care or equipment are needed.
