Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Kinston is seeking compassionate CNAs for in-home, one-on-one care in the Havelock, NC area. Join a team that values connection, safety, and independent living for clients.

You’ll provide ADL support, companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, and medication reminders; enjoy flexible scheduling, weekly pay, paid training, and opportunities for overtime and rewards.

Qualifications

• CNA certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Asisting with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Providing companionship and meaningful social engagement
• Helping with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Providing medication reminders
• Following individualized client care plans
• Observing and communicating changes in a client's condition to the appropriate team members
• Building positive relationships with clients, families, and the SYNERGY HomeCare team
• Arriving on time and consistently fulfilling scheduled shifts
