Job summary

Brookdale is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for Brookdale at Home to provide one-on-one non-medical care to seniors in their private homes. Roles include full-time, part-time and PRN options with same-day interviews.

Duties cover personal care, housekeeping, medication reminders and transportation assistance, with competitive benefits and opportunities for growth. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED and a completed Home Health Aide program; six months' homecare

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proof of completing an approved Home Health Aide program required.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct care to Brookdale at Home clients living in their own homes.
• Assists with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers.
• Documents delivery of care in the client’s clinical record.
• Follows infection control and safety policies and guidelines.
• Maintains a clean, safe environment and communicates with the supervisor and client families.
