Job summary

Brookdale at Home is seeking a Home Care Aide/CNA to provide one-on-one in-home care for seniors. This role offers flexible scheduling with full-time, part-time, and PRN options, and opportunities for growth through Brookdale's career development programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Proof of completing an approved Certified Nursing Assistant program is required.
• Six months experience in working independently with clients in their own personal homes is preferred.
• Must maintain CNA certification.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Must have a valid state ID; driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• One on One companionship.
• Non-Medical Hands on Care including dressing, bathing, grooming, personal care and transfers.
• Housekeeping and laundry.
• Pet care.
• Transportation to Doctor's appointments and other errands.
• Medication reminders.
