Job summary

Triumph, Inc. in Taunton, MA is seeking a Teacher Assistant One-on-One to support a child with special needs, providing one-on-one mental health and disability services and helping implement curriculum activities.

You will model behavior management techniques and assist teachers in fostering an inclusive environment. This full-time role offers 30 hours per week, year-round, with a salary of $18.92–$24.15 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum HS diploma or equivalent; Associates with ECE Preschool Certification preferred.
• Experience working with children under five who have complex needs.
• Able to work with diverse cultural backgrounds and varied physical/emotional capabilities.
• Ability to learn and implement the Conscious Discipline approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one mental health and disability services and interventions to enrolled child with special needs.
• Support implementation of curriculum activities and materials per IEP/Behavior Plans.
• Model behavior management techniques, including Conscious Discipline.
• Assist teachers in creating an inclusive environment.
