Harboroaks in Gulfport, MS is seeking a caregiver to provide daily support and instructional assistance to patients in either one-on-one or small group settings. The role emphasizes promoting independence, safety, and active participation in scheduled programs.

You will follow established objectives, monitor client progress, and maintain accurate data. A valid driver's license and basic education are required to ensure reliable commuting and compliant service delivery.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one or group instruction/assistance to patients.
• Complete routine daily check of van (if driving is required) and report deficiencies.
• Accurately monitor and maintain data collection sheets and submit to supervisor.
• Assist with assessment of clients' strengths and needs as necessary.
• Assist with preparation of clients' meals and provide client training as needed.
• Promote independence and participation in assigned activities.
• Maintain a clean, orderly facility and therapeutic environment.
• Document behaviors and progress accurately, including incidents as needed.
• Respond to patient needs with empathy and resolve complaints when possible.

Formação académica

High School Diploma or equivalent
