Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with program activities.
• Complete routine daily check of van and report deficiencies if driving is required.
• Accurately monitor and maintain data collection sheets and submit to supervisor.
• Assist with assessment of clients' strengths and needs.
• Assist with preparation of clients' meals and provide training.
• Communicate with supervisor to revise training objectives as needed.
• Physically maintain a neat and orderly facility.
• Monitor and document individual behaviors with precise terms.
• Encourage independence and participation in activities.
• Provide positive assurance about benefits of treatment and participation.
• Promote a therapeutic environment supporting skill learning through activity involvement.
