• Accurately monitor and submit data collection sheets.
• Assist with assessment of clients' strengths and needs.
• Assist with preparation of clients' meals and training as needed.
• Communicate needs to revise or add training objectives.
• Physically maintain a neat, orderly facility.
• Monitor and document behaviors with descriptive terms.
• Encourage independence and participation in activities.
• Provide positive assurance regarding treatment benefits.
• Promote a therapeutic environment encouraging skill learning.
• Demonstrate a positive, empathetic, professional attitude; address complaints.
