Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one or group instruction/assistance to patients on a daily basis.
• Assist with program activities and daily tasks as needed.
• Monitor and report deficiencies to supervisor when driving is required.
• Maintain data collection sheets and submit to supervisor promptly.
• Assist with assessment of clients' strengths and needs.
• Prepare clients' meals and provide training as required.
• Encourage independence and participation in activities.
• Ensure patient safety and handle complaints professionally.
